It features wooden slat grille on the front and high-density polyester fiber acoustic panel on the back, providing both sound absorption and noise reduction as well as an attractive finish.
Structure: Upper layer of solid wood / MDF wooden slat grille (wide / narrow slats with adjustable spacing), lower layer of 100% polyester fiber acoustic baseboard, assembled by nailing.
Dimensions: Standard size 2400×600×21mm; customizable length (2.4–3m) and thickness (9–24mm).
Physical Properties: Lightweight (approx. 10kg per panel), good toughness, impact-resistant, not easy to deform or crack; can be cut to size for various applications.
